Retribution on Consumer’s Rights

Consumer protection is the practice of safeguarding buyers of goods and services, and the public, against unfair practices in the marketplace. Consumer protection measures are often established by law. There's a bill state that every person has four basic costumers rights- the right to be informed, the right to choose, the right to safety, and the right to be heard. These rights received a lot of attention from the consumer movement. a movement to pass laws protecting consumers from unfair and unsafe business practices. Often establish by law, these consumer protection had been a great use in the economy and industry. These such laws are intended to prevent business from engaging in fraud or specified unfair practices in order to gain an advantage over competitors or to mislead consumers.

Tons of reasons explain why consumers get poor treatment. Laws are often not faithfully enforced and consumers simply don’t bother to assert their rights enough. Consumers must have these eight basic rights under the law, namely, the rights to: (1) basic needs, (2) safety, (3) information, (4) choice, (5) representation, (6) redress, (7) consumer education, and (8) healthy environment. Like most laws, the consumer act and related laws aimed at consumer protection are inutile unless consumers invoke them and the authorities generally cannot do their job unless consumers file a complaint and provide the facts of their case. Too many of us accept that if we get duped, it’s our fault. We consumers have to stand up for our rights. With every right comes responsibility, and here, it is as simple as knowing and asserting those rights, individually and collectively. Unless we do so, we will continue being abused again and again, in pursuit of profits that come out of our very own pockets.

In such cases, the consumer’s health will also be affected in an instant whether the product is not in its best quality. Quantity is important upon reproducing to earn yet manufacturers should be aware on the quality of the product as it might damage an individual’s immune system or so. On these circumstances, consumers had every right to file a complaint so that business owners will be conscious as to what has been happening in their system and will look closely as to what should costumers need in a product. Although, at some point business owners need to follow consumers alike, they should comprehend before doing anything for every move might disrupt their growing business.

Possibly, if consumers complains about the product either the product is not good for them or the product is not as quality right. The second reason gives sign to owners to make sure that the safeness of the product should be kept up and upgraded in order to keep its flexibility. Changes are necessary but all of them has this signature of uniqueness which should not be left out.

The consumer’s rights gives an attention to people to speak up their rights when it comes to products. It keeps the quality of a certain product alive and well-upgraded. By helping the costumer’s law on going, everyone is secure and safe every time they invest on such product.
